Job summary

Syngenta invites talented graduates to join the 12-month Female Sales Development Program in Indonesia's East Java region. The program focuses on empowering rising female sales professionals through structured learning, field experience, mentorship, and exposure to commercial operations in agribusiness.

Participants will build skills in demand generation, relationship management, and regional market insights while contributing to sustainable agricultural growth and future leadership

Qualifications

• Female graduate in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agri-business, or a related field.
• Enjoy working with farmers, communities and diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership experience through being part of organizations and managing events.
• Excellent skill in: English, Communication, Presentation, Data statistics, Analytics, basic IT developer/programming, Ms. Office and digital platform.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for demand creation and demand fulfilment in their territory.
• Manage excellent relationship and Implement Syngenta’s GTM strategy to Strategic R2s segments and strategic growers as well.
• Implement field demand activities (Demo, FFD) and in store marketing activities that build a successful and sustainable business partnership. Closely work with TSM/SE to implement the agreed campaign, monitor implementation, effectiveness, and adjust as requested.
• Act as a market intelligence for Syngenta in their responsible territory.
