Qualifications

Female graduate in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agri-business, or a related field.
Enjoy working with farmers, communities and diverse stakeholders.
Leadership experience through organizations and events management.
Excellent skills in English, communication, presentation, data statistics, analytics, and basic IT/programming.

Responsibilities

Generate demand and fulfilment in the assigned territory.
Implement Syngenta’s GTM strategy with Strategic R2s segments and growers.
Conduct field demand activities (Demo, FFD) and in-store marketing with field teams.
Serve as market intelligence for Syngenta in the territory.
