Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection invites applications for a 12-month Female Sales Development Program designed to empower and develop future female sales professionals in the agriculture industry. The program offers structured learning, field experience, mentorship, and exposure to commercial operations to build skills for a successful agribusiness career.

Participants will work with Seeds (Corn and Rice) portfolios, learn to establish farmer relationships, and gain practical sales experience under

Qualifications

Female graduate in Agriculture or related field.
Enjoy working with farmers and diverse stakeholders.
Leadership experience from organizations or events.
Excellent English, communication, presentation, data statistics, analytics, basic IT, MS Office and digital platform skills.

Responsibilities

Manage Seeds portfolio (Corn and Rice).
Achieve sales targets in assigned territory and grow region’s business by maintaining strong relationships with R2s across segments.
Coordinate demand creation activities within the geographic area.
Implement ePartnerGrow loyalty program for R2s.
Promote Syngenta products to farmers and R2s to meet targets.
Build and nurture relationships with customers under Sales Representative guidance.
Develop product knowledge and provide basic technical support to customers.
Collect and report market information to support sales strategies.
Gain practical experience in agricultural sales within the assigned area.
