Job summary

PT Luxsan Precision Indonesia seeks a senior manager to lead FATP manufacturing and operations. You will drive production planning, quality, delivery, and performance while coordinating strategy and cross-functional activities.

The role requires building local management capability and supporting expansion with efficiency and cost improvements. Ideal candidate has 8+ years in electronics manufacturing, strong leadership, familiarity with FATP processes, and fluency in Mandarin and English;

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
• Minimum 8 years experience in electronics manufacturing management.
• Strong leadership and factory operation management capability.
• Familiar with FATP manufacturing process and operational systems.
• Fluent Mandarin and English communication.
• Overseas manufacturing experience preferred.
