Job summary

PT Honglu Baja Indonesia mencari pemimpin keuangan berpengalaman untuk memayungi divisi Keuangan, Akuntansi dan Pajak. Anda akan memimpin pelaporan keuangan, kepatuhan, arus kas, dan perencanaan keuangan strategis secara menyeluruh.

Peran ini membutuhkan minimal 10 tahun pengalaman di bidang keuangan, 5 tahun sebagai Manajer Keuangan/ Akuntansi/ FAT Manager, serta gelar S1/S2 Akuntansi dari PTN. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan auditor, kantor pajak, dan bank.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years as Finance Manager / Accounting Manager / FAT Manager
• Experience with external audits (KAP), tax inspections, and annual financial report preparation
• Experience leading and developing Finance, Accounting & Tax teams
• Experience in financial reporting preparation, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, audit, and ERP implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax division
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports accurately and on time
• Ensure all transactions comply with PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and company funding requirements
• Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, Fixed Asset, and Closing processes
• Prepare company budget and monitor realization
• Prepare profitability analysis for projects and business units
• Control operational expenses and provide efficiency recommendations
• Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, tax office, and banking institutions
• Ensure all tax obligations (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, Coretax, etc.) are properly managed

Lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax division with responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

Lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax division

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports accurately and on time

About you

Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting

Experience as FAT Manager preferably in construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, or project-based companies

S1/S2 degree in Accounting from a leading state university (PTN)

Experience leading and developing Finance, Accounting & Tax teams

Experience in financial reporting preparation, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, audit, and ERP implementation

Experience with external audits (KAP), tax inspections, and annual financial report preparation
