Job summary

fisurascarf is seeking a creative fashion designer to develop seasonal collections. You will translate trends into sketches, technical drawings, and production-ready specs, ensuring designs align with brand identity and commercial goals.

Collaborating with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams, you will oversee fittings, revisions, and documentation, and you will continually explore new techniques, materials, and finishes to strengthen brand competitiveness across markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and design directions for seasonal and thematic collections.
• Conduct fashion trend and market research to identify relevant silhouettes, materials, colors, and design opportunities.
• Create fashion sketches, technical drawings, and detailed design specifications for production.
• Understand garment construction, sewing techniques, stitching methods, and finishing techniques to ensure designs are practical and production-ready.
• Collaborate closely with pattern makers, sample makers, production teams, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development process.
• Conduct fittings and sample reviews, providing revisions and feedback on fit, measurements, construction, sewing details, and overall design quality.
• Monitor the sample development process from initial prototype through final approval.
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity, quality standards, target market, and commercial objectives.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of designs, product specifications, revisions, and collection development.
• Continuously explore new design techniques, materials, sewing techniques, and creative approaches to drive product innovation and strengthen brand competitiveness.
