Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Broking Support – Facultative professional to join our Reinsurance team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This hybrid role enables work from both the office and remotely.

Key duties include end-to-end documentation, placement coordination, client servicing, and maintaining audit-ready records. You will interact with brokers, markets, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate processing.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years' experience in insurance, reinsurance, broking operations, client servicing, policy administration, or related insurance support function.
• Experience handling insurance documentation, endorsements, invoices, claims administration, or policy servicing would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with insurance placement processes and coordination with insurers, markets, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end documentation process, including preparation, issuance, tracking, and record maintenance of slips and endorsements.
• Ensure timely issuance of slips and endorsements within SLA (2-5 working days).
• Maintain proper documentation tracking and support high-volume transactions and accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and accounts booking while minimizing backlogs.
