Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the insurance industry or a client management role.
• Certifications AAJI, APAI, CIIB, AAMAI or other OJK‑recognized qualifications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality across deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop personal and team expertise to address client needs with distinctive solutions.
• Share subject matter expertise and apply best practices to meet client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvements, and revenue growth.
• Generate insights from client needs and Aon capabilities.
• Contribute to client proposals and bid processes for existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare for client engagements using knowledge relevant to the client issue.
• Adapt communication style to foster relationships and effective teamwork.
• Provide consistent feedback and collaborate with diverse teams to keep client interests priority.
• Generate innovative ideas and share knowledge to deliver optimal solutions.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and maximize use of tools and processes.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate workload, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Provide supervision and performance appraisals to subordinates.
• Ensure Indonesian operations comply with Aon policies, local regulations, and values.
• Provide administrative support with accurate filing and data maintenance.
