Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced Plant/Factory Manager to shape and execute operational strategies across our production sites in Tangerang. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver targets, optimize throughput, and maintain safe and efficient processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, at least five years in plant management, and a proven ability to develop people, implement ISO/K3 standards, and drive performance improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant/Factory Manager within manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of plant operations, production planning and efficiency.
• Familiar with ISO procedures and quality management systems.
• Familiar with 5S/5R principles and workplace organization.
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (K3) procedures and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plant operational strategies aligned with business objectives and production targets.
• Oversee daily, monthly, and annual production planning to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, workplace safety, and timely target achievement.
• Monitor and evaluate plant performance, productivity, and capacity utilization to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure all plant operations comply with company systems, procedures, safety standards, and operational reliability requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team by fostering a strong organizational culture, effective problem-solving, and a positive working environment.
