Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–8 years in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience as Factory/Plant Manager or in a senior management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or 5S advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, warehouse, maintenance, and quality control to meet targets.
• Develop and control production planning and capacity.
• Optimize labour, machinery, materials, and facilities.
• Monitor production efficiency, reduce waste and costs.
• Ensure SOP, GMP/5S, health and safety, and quality standards.
• Lead production team and department heads.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, PPIC, Warehouse, QC/QA, Engineering, HR, and Finance.
• Prepare reports and evaluate factory performance.
