Job summary

PT LEGITT BOGA MANDIRI is seeking a seasoned Factory Manager to lead end-to-end factory operations, spanning production, PPIC, warehouse, maintenance and distribution. You will ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost targets while integrating all functions for optimal efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 8 years in manufacturing, with 3–5 years in a senior plant leadership role, and a strong background in GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/Food Safety and K3.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in Food Manufacturing/Food & Beverage
• Minimum 3–5 years as Factory Manager/Plant Manager/Operations Manager or equivalent
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving and decision making capabilities
• Experience coordinating Production, PPIC, Warehouse, Maintenance and Distribution
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/Food Safety and K3

Responsibilities

• Lead and control end-to-end factory operations including production planning, processes, material storage, maintenance and distribution
• Ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost targets
• Integrate Production, PPIC, Warehouse, Maintenance and Distribution across functions
• Monitor production capacity, manpower, productivity, yield, downtime, inventory and costs
• Ensure availability of raw materials, machine readiness and warehouse/distribution support
• Implement GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/Food Safety and K3 across factory areas
• Analyze operational issues and follow up with corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Develop work systems and KPIs to improve productivity, efficiency and service level
• Lead and evaluate performance of all factory teams
• Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to Management

Job description

This position is responsible for leading and controlling end-to-end factory operations spanning production, PPIC, warehouse, maintenance, and distribution. The Factory Manager ensures achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost targets while integrating all functions to operate effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Lead and control end-to-end factory operation from production planning, production process, raw material and finished product storage, maintenance to distribution

Ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost targets

Integrate Production, PPIC, Warehouse, Maintenance and Distribution functions to operate effectively and efficiently

Control production capacity, manpower, productivity, yield, reject, downtime, inventory and operational costs

Ensure availability of raw materials, machine readiness, production capacity, warehouse and distribution to support customer needs

Ensure consistent implementation of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/Food Safety, 5R and K3 across all factory areas

Conduct analysis of operational issues and ensure follow-up of corrective actions and continuous improvement

Develop work systems and KPIs to improve productivity, efficiency and service level

Lead, develop and evaluate performance of all teams under the Factory

Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to Management

About you

Minimum S1 education, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Management or related field

Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing industry, preferably Food Manufacturing/Food & Beverage

Minimum 3-5 years experience as Factory Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent position

Experience managing multiple functions: Production, PPIC, Warehouse, Maintenance and Distribution

Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/Food Safety and K3

Strong capability in leadership, operational management, analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making

Understanding of productivity management, capacity planning, inventory, cost efficiency and continuous improvement

Able to lead cross-functional teams and build effective coordination between departments

Hands-on, firm, disciplined, result oriented with good communication skills

Willing to be placed in Babakan Madang, Sentul - Bogor
