Job summary

niu search is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead a garment manufacturing facility in Central Java, Indonesia. The role requires strong technical expertise in sewing and production planning, plus proven leadership in operations, financials, compliance, and workforce performance.

You will manage daily operations, balance sewing lines, drive lean improvements, and ensure budgets, quality, and on‑time shipments while maintaining safety and audit standards (BSCI/WRAP).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in garment manufacturing
• 5+ years in factory management
• Strong technical knowledge in sewing and line planning
• Experience with budgeting, compliance, and export operations
• English proficiency; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
