Job summary

ACTalent Fresh Career seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee factory operations in Bali. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in engineering and at least 10 years in manufacturing, including 5 years in senior management, with 100+ employees.

You will drive productivity, product quality, and cost efficiency, and implement lean initiatives across production planning, scheduling, inventory, and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years in senior factory/plant management.
• Experience managing large-scale ops with 100+ employees.
• Proven leadership of Indonesian teams and long-term commitment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali and work on-site full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory operations and drive productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
• Develop and implement production systems and KPIs.
• Manage lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) and continuous improvement.
• Oversee staffing and people development for Indonesian teams.
• Coordinate with export and international customer requirements (preferred).
