Job summary

SKINTIFIC is seeking a facilities technician in Jakarta Selatan to perform routine electrical system inspections and preventive maintenance, as well as HVAC checks and light to medium building repairs. The role includes monitoring energy use and managing spare parts inventory, reporting to ensure safety and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Diploma in electrical or related engineering, with 1–2 years' experience in technical support, facilities, or building maintenance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in a relevant engineering field.
• 1-2 years' experience in technical support, facilities, or building maintenance.
• Certified in Electrical Safety and/or K3 (OSH).
• Ability to read and interpret SLD and As-Built Drawings.
• Proficient with electrical testing equipment (multimeters, clamp meters).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems (main panels, MCBs, cabling, lighting, grounding).
• Troubleshoot electrical issues ensuring safety standards.
• Inspect HVAC systems operation, airflow, and temperature performance.
• Carry out light to medium building repairs (painting, gypsum ceilings, door hardware, floor tiles, partitions).
• Monitor and record monthly electricity and water consumption.
• Manage inventory of technical tools and spare parts (lamps, cables, circuit breakers, pipes, paint, maintenance kits).

Job description

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, including main panels, MCBs, cabling, lighting, and grounding systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues such as power outages, short circuits, load imbalances, and faulty electrical components while complying with safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems, including air conditioner operation, airflow, and temperature performance.
• Carry out light to medium building repairs, including painting, gypsum ceiling repairs, door hardware and lock maintenance, floor tile replacement, and office partition repairs.

Facility Administration

• Monitor and record monthly electricity and water consumption.
• Manage the inventory of technical tools and spare parts, including lamps, cables, circuit breakers, pipes, paint, and maintenance toolkits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support, facilities, or building maintenance.
• Certified in Electrical Safety and/or K3 (Occupational Health & Safety).
• Able to read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and As-Built Drawings.
• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
