This role manages maintenance, vendors, safety, and budgets to support daily business operations.*1. Main Responsibilities*A. Building & Operations Management- Inspect and manage all facilities, buildings, and work areas- Ensure building systems work properly: AC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, elevator- Create and implement preventive maintenance schedules*B. Maintenance & Repair- Coordinate cleaning, security, and maintenance teams- Handle urgent repairs and breakdowns quickly- Manage inventory of tools and supplies*C. Health, Safety & Compliance- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (K3, OSHA, fire safety)- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments- Ensure emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits are available*D. Vendor & Budget Management- Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers- Manage facility budget and control costs- Track utility usage and find ways to save energy and cost*E. Space & Asset Management- Manage office layout, seating, and space allocation- Keep records of company assets and equipment- Plan for renovations, moves, or new facilities2.Required Qualifications*- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field- 3-5+ years experience in facility management or building operations- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills- Good at managing vendors and budgets- Certification is a plus: CFM, FMP, OSHA3.
