Job summary

Pemedal Beach Resort in Nusa Lembongan, Bali seeks an experienced Maintain & Project Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and capital projects on-site. You will lead a team, plan timelines, and ensure safety, quality and guest satisfaction across the resort facilities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 1+ year of relevant supervision or site inspection experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 1+ years proven experience as Civil Supervisor or Site Inspector
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project
• Good command of English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee construction and renovation projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Supervise daily construction work on-site in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications
• Monitor work progress and ensure the project adheres to the established timeline and schedule
• Coordinate effectively with the project management team
• Enforce strict safety protocols (HSE/K3) to maintain a safe working environment on-site
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports regarding site activities and material usage
