PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia invites qualified professionals for the GA Facility Management Supervisor position (GA-FMS) in Batang, Central Java. You will oversee maintenance schedules, ensure safety standards, and provide on-site support across functions to keep the plant running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a D3 in a related field, 5–7 years in GA or facility management (or 3–5 in a managerial role), strong MS Office skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in a related field with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• 5–7 years in GA or Facility Management, or 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and execute maintenance schedule for facility.
• Ensure health and safety standards per regulation and policies.
• Provide logistical support for employees across functions.
• Record and report GA assets with accurate data updates.
• Ensure all tasks comply with HSE standards.
• Perform additional tasks to support company objectives.
