Qualifications

Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, cost optimization, and vendor management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong organizational and project-management skills.
Professional proficiency in English language.
Willing to work on site in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
