Job summary

Seven Retail seeks a General Affair (Facility) Intern to support our Facilities team across multiple locations in Indonesia. The role involves monitoring office and center locations, tracking maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and updating asset inventories.

You will assist in facility setup, relocation, and renovation projects, and help prepare reports to guide operational decisions. Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed degrees in engineering, architecture, facility

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Have strong interest in facility management, building operations, maintenance, and project coordination.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with formulas and data tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities team in monitoring the condition and operational readiness of our office and center locations.
• Assist in tracking preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including maintenance requests and completion status.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure facility-related needs are followed up and resolved.
• Maintain and update asset inventory records for furniture, equipment, and other facility assets across locations.
• Support facility setup, relocation, renovation, and other projects to ensure locations are ready for operations.
• Prepare facility reports, tracking sheets, and documentation to support effective facility management and operational decision-making.
