Job summary

SEVEN RETAIL GROUP in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to assist in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. You will help build a strong pipeline through LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and other channels while maintaining accurate applicant records.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates in Psychology, HR, or Business Administration with strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, excellent communication,

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; familiar with LinkedIn and Jobstreet.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Jobstreet and other portals to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess fit with requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communications between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers using Google Sheets, Excel, and ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
