Job summary

Seven Retail seeks a procurement assistant to support academic materials purchasing and inventory control across Indonesia. You will coordinate with vendors, manage stock opname, and maintain procurement records using Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong admin skills, communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential. Qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree; 1 year procurement experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong administrative skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Having at least 1 year of experience in Procurement/Purchasing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and asset management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of academic materials, school supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
• Monitor, update, and maintain accurate inventory and stock opname records.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding purchasing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Manage procurement requests, purchasing documents, and inventory administration reports.
• Update and maintain data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Support inventory management, including asset labeling, storage organization, and record keeping.
• Ensure inventory records accurately reflect actual stock conditions and quantities.
