Job summary

The British American Tobacco Group in Malang is seeking an IFM Building Facility Supervisor to lead preventive maintenance, oversee MEP operations, and manage external contractors.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 2+ years' facility management experience, strong drawing interpretation, AutoCAD proficiency, BoQ/RAB preparation, and the ability to work under tight deadlines with clear communication to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• 2+ years of experience in Facility Management or Building Management.
• Strong ability to interpret shop/working drawings and use AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for building structures, facades, and civil infrastructure.
• Maintain SOPs to align with current processes and compliance.
• Oversee daily operations of facility systems (MEP).
• Manage external contractors from assessment to on-site supervision and final QA.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, BoQ and RAB for operations and projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety, and K3 standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary technician team with guidance and performance reviews.
