Job summary

BAT Indonesia is seeking an IFM Building Facility Supervisor in Malang to lead maintenance programs for building structures, MEP systems, and contractor management. You will develop SOPs, control budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across facilities.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least two years in facility or building management, with hands-on skills in reading drawings and AutoCAD. BAT offers growth and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years in Facility Management or Building Management.
• Experience in commercial or industrial facilities is preferred.
• Ability to interpret shop drawings/working drawings and implement them on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for building structures, facades, and civil infra.
• Maintain and update SOPs to align with business processes and compliance.
• Oversee daily operations of all facility systems including MEP.
• Manage external contractors from assessment to on-site supervision and QA.
• Prepare annual plans and monitor budgets for operations and projects.
• Prepare BoQ and RAB for operational and project activities.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety and K3 standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and provide technical guidance and evaluations.
