Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk in Tangerang seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor to lead operation, maintenance, and repair of building services. You will oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm and utilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance schedules, reviewing shop drawings, supervising contractors and staff, and preparing operational reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP, including at least 1-2 year in a Section Head or Supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations.
• Able to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed at Estate Management Alam Sutera.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and improvement plans.
• Ensure electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, and utility systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Supervise team members and contractors to ensure work complies with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Review shop drawings and oversee project execution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and review operational reports, maintenance checklists, logbooks, and periodic reports.
