Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner Leader to supervise soft-service delivery at an assigned site in Jakarta. You will plan, assign and oversee cleaning, janitorial, outdoor and landscaping activities, manage tools and inventory, and coordinate vendor work while ensuring safety and client compliance.

You’ll lead cleaners, gardeners and janitors within the zone and report performance to the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in cleaning, janitorial or soft-service operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and supervise daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly soft-service activities.
• Inspect and quality-check cleaning tasks and waste management.
• Ensure safety, PPE usage and adherence to client standards and training requirements.
• Maintain records, checklists and service reports; manage team performance and attendance.
