Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner Leader to supervise soft-service delivery for an assigned site in Indonesia. You will plan, assign, and monitor cleaning, janitorial, outdoor, landscaping, waste and pest-control activities, ensuring quality, safety, documentation and client compliance.

You will lead the cleaner, gardener and janitor team, manage tools and materials, and coordinate with vendors and the Facility Manager to report performance and issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in cleaning, janitorial or soft-service operations, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• High school or vocational education; soft-service training preferred.
• Experience with cleaning equipment, chemicals, landscaping, waste and pest-control coordination.
• First Aid and Fire Fighting Class D certification required; basic K3 certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and supervise daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly soft-service activities for offices, corridors, red zones, utility areas, outdoor areas and bin centres.
• Inspect and quality-check dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, toilet cleaning and floor scrubbing.
• Ensure cleaners wear PPE and use approved methods and safety signs; manage tools and inventory.
• Coordinate specialist or vendor work and assign cleaners to support PM and corrective activities.
