Job summary

Tempopress International seeks a Facility Management Staff - Architecture to oversee office buildings and infrastructure, ensuring safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance. You will review drawings and coordinate renovations, working with contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, 3+ years in facility management or related fields, and proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Arsitektur) from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facility management, building maintenance, architectural design, renovation, or construction project coordination.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, building construction, interior fit-out, and building maintenance.
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant applications.
• Familiarity with building regulations, construction standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and facility management practices.
• Strong project coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively with contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Available to join within one month.
• Based in Jakarta is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain office buildings, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections of building conditions, architectural elements, layouts, and facility systems, identifying defects and recommending improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovation, and fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Review architectural drawings, building layouts, technical documents, and renovation proposals to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure the effective delivery of facility maintenance and improvement projects.
• Monitor contractor performance, project progress, material quality, and workmanship to ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
• Support facility budgeting, cost estimation, procurement, and expense monitoring for maintenance and renovation activities.
• Maintain facility documentation, including architectural drawings, building inspection reports, maintenance records, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, occupational health and safety standards, and relevant building regulations.
