Responsibilities

• Assist Project Architects in managing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Track project progress against timelines and budgets, reporting any deviations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate communication.
• Organize and maintain project files and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Support the procurement and tender processes for construction projects.
