Job summary

PT Parama Agung Karya is seeking a Building Drafting professional in Jakarta Selatan to create implementation drawings and design plans for all project-related work. You will conduct calculations for electrical equipment, adapt drawings to field conditions, and help implement system efficiency plans in construction.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Diploma in related fields, 0-3 years experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/D3 in Building Drawing Engineering or a relevant major.
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a similar field/Construction Drafting.
• Experience in a civil construction company/civil consultant.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Good communication skills, disciplined, meticulous, agile, honest, and able to work under pressure.
• Ready to work mobile outside the region (islands).
• Able to work collaboratively (in a team) and loyal to the company.

Responsibilities

• Create implementation drawings.
• Design plans for all project-related work.
• Conduct calculations for electrical equipment and instruments.
• Adapt design drawings to field conditions.
• Implement system efficiency plans in the construction sector.
• Compile and prepare AS-built drawings.
• Adapt design drawings to field conditions.
• Explain design drawings clearly to contractors to ensure the building structure is in accordance with the plan.
• Assist team leaders in presenting work results in the form of reports and project proposals.
• Build good relationships with vendors and project partners.
• Willing to undergo an on-site interview selection process at PT. Parama Agung Karya's office.
