Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead facade installation activities on our Batam project. You will read and interpret drawings, supervise cladding or curtain wall works, and ensure quality, safety, and timely progress on site.

Ideal candidates hold a civil/structural engineering degree and have hands-on facade installation supervision experience. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and ability to coordinate trades are essential.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating facade installation activities on site, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with construction drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in facade installation, a strong understanding of facade systems, and the ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily facade installation activities to ensure work progresses according to project schedules.

Read, interpret, and explain construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to the installation team.

Ensure accurate setting out, bracket installation, support frame alignment, and facade panel installation.

Monitor installation quality, dimensions, levels, alignment, and tolerances to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to support efficient site operations.

Provide technical guidance and instructions to facade installers and subcontractors.

Monitor daily work progress and report updates, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.

Identify and resolve site installation issues in coordination with the project team.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure facade works meet required standards.

Ensure all installation activities comply with site safety regulations and company policies.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, other trades, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare daily site reports and maintain records of work progress, manpower, materials, and site issues.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Facade Supervisor, or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.

Proven experience handling facade installation projects, including cladding, curtain wall, or other facade systems.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

Good understanding of facade installation methods, setting out, bracket installation, support structures, panel alignment, and finishing works.

Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Ability to manage site workers, monitor work progress, and ensure installation quality.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical issues on site.

Professional working proficiency in English is required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Construction safety certifications are preferred.

EWP, Working at Heights, or Scaffolding certifications are an advantage.

A valid driver's license is preferred.
