Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Front Office operations to ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
• Support and coach Front Desk Agents and Bellboys in delivering exceptional service.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with professional problem-solving skills.
• Monitor room inventory and coordinate closely with Housekeeping for room readiness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Front Office department, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
• Placement: Bali
