Hyatt Hotels Corporation is sourcing for an hourly/entry level Food and Beverage position at Park Hyatt Jakarta, JW. The role is full-time and local, with duties spanning supervision, cleanliness, and collaboration with Kitchen/Beverage teams.

The ideal candidate holds Indonesian nationality, a hospitality degree, and at least one year in a 5-star international hotel. English communication and leadership abilities are essential for guest satisfaction in this luxury environment.

• Ensure minimum brand standards and implement Touches of Hyatt and the F&B Top 20.
• Respond to Consumer Audit results and implement changes.
• Collaborate with Outlet Managers to support hotel success and guest satisfaction.
• Keep the outlet clean and organized front and back of house.
• Liaise with Kitchen and Beverage on daily operations and quality control.
• Be a hands-on supervisor during busy periods.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks on equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to maintain cleaning schedules.
• Implement food safety programs and procedures.
• Uphold personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage operations.

Summary

· Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.

· Ensures that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented.

· Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

· Works closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

· Ensures that Food and Beverage employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.

· Ensures that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.

· Assist to liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.

· Be a hands-on supervisor and be present at all times in the Outlet, especially during busy periods.

· Assists with conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

· Assist to liaise and organize with Housekeeping Department that the cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.

· Implement food safety programs and procedures.

· Always practice safety in handling food.

· Performing personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage business.

Qualifications

• Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or related field
• Has minimum 1(One) yearexperience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
• Previousexperience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
• Strong in leadership and business acumen

Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
