Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Bali is seeking a Management-level leader to assist in directing the property’s food and beverage/culinary operations across Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.

This role develops department strategies, drives revenue and financial performance, and leads a team to deliver Savvy Service while upholding SOPs and Gold Standards that define the luxury guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and related experience in F&B, culinary, event management, or related area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Food Service Management or related major with 4+ years in F&B.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes food and beverage strategy aligned with brand business goals.
• Leads F&B teams with effective communication and staffing planning.
• Monitors financials, revenue generation, and budget compliance.
• Ensures exceptional guest service and adherence to Gold Standards.
• Oversees HR activities including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintains SOPs/LSOPs and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
