Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Bali is seeking a Training Manager to lead and integrate training initiatives across hotel operations. You will collaborate with property leadership to identify development needs and ensure programs align with our mission and guest service standards.

The role focuses on designing, delivering, and measuring training programs that boost service excellence, leadership skills, and brand values across departments at the property in Bali.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources or related professional area; certified trainer.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administering Employee Training Programs: Promotes and informs employees about all training programs; displays leadership in guest hospitality and customer service; helps employees identify behaviors contributing to service excellence.
• Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness: Monitors enrollment and attendance; meets regularly with participants to assess progress; partners with operational leaders to assess performance; reviews guest satisfaction data; measures transfer of learning.
