Job summary

Panna Hospitality Group is seeking a PPIC professional to orchestrate production planning and inventory control across its multi-outlet F&B operations. The role focuses on aligning outlet requirements with Central Kitchen capacity and maintaining accurate BOM, recipes, yields, and stock data.

Success will rely on strong analytical and planning skills, proficiency in Excel/ERP, and the ability to coordinate across Purchasing, Warehouse, and outlets while upholding FIFO/FEFO practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Eng, SCM, Management, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum two years of PPIC, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain experience; F&B preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, safety stock.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, communicative, and deadline-driven.
• Willing to support operations at Central Kitchen, warehouse, or outlets.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans based on outlet requirements, sales forecasts, and Central Kitchen capacity.
• Calculate raw material requirements and prepare procurement and production schedules.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
• Maintain inventory up to min–max levels and safety stock requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules with Purchasing, Warehouse, Central Kitchen, and outlets.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO and monitor expiration dates, waste, and discrepancies.
• Analyze material usage, production output, and variances vs. plan.
• Prepare reports on production, inventory, stock movements, and replenishment.
• Follow up on stock shortages, excess inventory, and delays.
• Ensure BOM, recipe, yield, and inventory data in the system are accurate.
