PT. Korea Trade Indonesia in Bandung, West Java, is hiring a full-time F&B Operations & Purchasing Coordinator to oversee purchasing, inventory management, and daily operations.

You will coordinate with suppliers, maintain records, support menu planning and cost analysis, and work closely with kitchen and F&B staff to ensure efficiency and quality across all F&B activities. Ideal candidates have strong administrative experience in food service, proficiency with MS Office, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all purchasing activities for food and beverage supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules whilst maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Assist in menu planning and cost analysis to ensure profitability and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B staff to ensure operational needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, invoices, and deliveries for audit and financial purposes.
• Support the F&B manager in implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Respond to routine enquiries and provide administrative support across the F&B department.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to process improvements.

About the role

PT. Korea Trade Indonesia is seeking a dedicated F&B Operations & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in Bandung, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial operational role in our food and beverage division. As F&B Operations & Purchasing Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our supply chain and daily operational management, ensuring seamless coordination between purchasing, inventory management, and operational requirements. This role is essential to maintaining our service excellence and cost efficiency across all F&B operations.

What you'll be doing

• Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within food and beverage, hospitality, or food service operations
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with inventory management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
• Basic understanding of food safety standards and procurement best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external suppliers
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges
