Job summary

You will create promotional programs, manage social media, and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to coordinate with operations and partners to deliver effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, particularly in F&B or hospitality industry (preferred).
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales for restaurants, bars, and F&B outlets.
• Create promotional programs, special offers, events, and marketing activities aligned with company targets.
• Manage and develop social media and digital platforms to promote F&B products and services.
• Create marketing content including photos, videos, promotional materials, and product information.
• Conduct market research, analyze F&B industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, communities, influencers, media, and business partners.
• Develop partnerships with hotels, travel agents, event organizers, and other parties to increase sales.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure promotional programs are executed effectively.
• Monitor promotion effectiveness and evaluate marketing activity results against established targets.
• Prepare marketing activity reports, target achievements, and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
