Job summary

Hilton Bandung is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across designated outlets, uphold exceptional service, and drive profitability while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will supervise a diverse team, implement cost controls, maintain health and safety standards, and foster a culture of hospitality, integrity, and teamwork within our renowned Hilton brand.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 5–7 years in F&B operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred
• Strong leadership, service excellence, and operational planning abilities
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools
• Fluent in English; effective in team coordination and guest interaction
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality service

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring top-tier quality, service, and profitability
• Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, and drive improvements to elevate the guest experience
• Oversee administrative and planning functions of the F&B department, ensuring smooth daily operations while implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses
• Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build a high-performing team
• Uphold regulatory standards: health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
