Job summary

Hilton Bali Resort seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining operations, elevating guest experiences and profitability. You will oversee multiple outlets, ensuring top-tier service, quality, and cost controls while inspiring and coaching a high-performing team.

You will drive standards for health and safety and compliance, and collaborate with marketing to execute initiatives that boost guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5-7 years in F&B operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, service excellence, and operational planning abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Fluent in English; effective in team coordination and guest interaction.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring top-tier quality, service, and marketing strategies that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience.
• Oversee the administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations while implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
