LYD Bali Group in Bali is seeking an F&B Inventory Staff to support daily stock control across venues. You will help maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular counts, and ensure real-time data is up to date.

The role requires attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and good communication in English and Indonesian. Fresh graduates are welcome; Diploma in Hospitality or related field is preferred, and you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Diploma or relevant educational background; a degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage
• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in inventory control, storekeeping, warehouse operations, or F&B operations; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of stock management principles, inventory control procedures, and warehouse operations is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, reporting) or inventory management systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to report clearly and coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling stock, documentation, and data entry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment with tight timelines
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Demonstrates responsibility, discipline, and integrity in handling inventory and company assets

The F&B Inventory Staff is responsible for supporting daily inventory operations by ensuring accurate stock records and proper monitoring of inventory levels. This role assists in conducting regular stock counts, maintaining real-time inventory data, and identifying slow-moving or critical stock items. The position plays an essential role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient F&B operations.

Requirements:
