PT CTCI International Indonesia is seeking an Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) Systems Engineer to lead design, engineering, and construction supervision for critical facilities such as semiconductor plants and data centers. You will develop system architecture, coordinate MEP interfaces, and produce drawings and as-built documentation.
The role requires at least 3 years of ELV experience, proficiency in English, and familiarity with IEC/NFPA/IEEE standards. Mandarin is a plus.
Responsible for the design, engineering, coordination, and construction supervisory of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems for semiconductor facilities, data centers, smart buildings, and other mission-critical infrastructure projects. The position involves system planning, detailed engineering design, BIM coordination, construction support, and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
Perform design and engineering activities for ELV systems in semiconductor facilities, data centers, and smart building projects.
Develop system architecture, design criteria, and technical solutions according to client requirements and project specifications.
Prepare conceptual design, detailed design, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Piping), Architectural, and Structural disciplines.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and vendor documentation.
Electrical Systems Design
Design and prepare engineering documents for:
ELV & Smart Building Systems Design
Design and coordinate ELV systems, including:
Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
Support digital engineering workflows and model-based design reviews.
Ensure consistency between engineering documents and BIM models.
Construction Supervisory & Site Support
Provide technical support during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and commissioning teams.
Conduct site inspections and verify installation quality.
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Resolve field engineering issues and manage field design changes.
Support site acceptance test (SAT), pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic, Tele-communication Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ELV engineering, with a proven track record spanning both design office and construction site execution.
Professional working proficiency (both written and spoken) in English is required for technical reporting and group-level coordination. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
