Job summary

PT Elangperdana Tyre Industry is seeking an Export Sales Support specialist to monitor monthly targets, maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, and identify new international markets and dealer networks.

You will analyze buying patterns by region and season, track shipments to align ETD and ETA, and support product development with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel internationally and be placed in Citeureup, Bogor Regency is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly sales targets for Export Sales Team
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers through regular communication
• Identify, develop, and expand new international markets and dealer networks
• Analyze product purchasing patterns by customer and region, including seasonal trends and market preferences
• Monitor shipment progress to ensure deliveries align with ETD and ETA
• Support product development by coordinating with internal teams and monitoring progress through product launch
• Maintain timely and professional communication with customers via available channels and provide updates as needed
• Willing to undertake international business travel for dealer visits, market development activities, exhibitions, and international events
• Carry out management instructions and contribute to the company’s overall business targets and objectives
• Willing to be placed in Citeureup, Bogor Regency
• Our facility started in 1996 and is located near a mountain landscape in Citeureup, Bogor with a large land area and European-sourced machinery, emphasizing safety, innovation, and customer orientation.

Job description

Support the monitoring and achievement of the Export Sales Team’s monthly sales targets

Maintain and strengthen effective relationships and regular communication with existing dealers

Identify, develop, and expand new international markets and dealer networks

Analyze product purchasing patterns by customer and region, including seasonal trends and market preferences

Monitor shipment progress to ensure deliveries are aligned with targeted ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)

Support product development based on market needs, coordinate with relevant internal teams, and monitor progress through product launch.

Maintain timely and professional communication with customers through available communication channels and provide appropriate updates as needed

Be willing to undertake international business travel for dealer visits, market development activities, exhibitions, and international events

Carry out management instructions and contribute to the achievement of the company’s overall business targets and objectives

Willing to be placed in Citeureup, Bogor Regency

Our product range is from High Performance Passenger Car Radial tyre, Light Truck Radial Tyre as well as Light Truck to Truck and Buses Conventional Tyres. Thanks to our human resources and equipment, besides selling to our domestic dealers, we have exported as well to over 50 countries around the world. Our product is all certified with ECE, DOT, In Metro, SASO, GCC and of course our own standard SNI. That's the reason why we are able to get more share in domestic market and more market internationally. However, it doesn't mean our task is done, we will keep on innovating in producing up to date tires according to our loyal customer's expectation.
