PT Golden Victory Manufactures in Pemalang, Central Java, is establishing a new factory in the sports shoe industry and seeks an accounting/finance professional. You will prepare and maintain records, verify documents, review invoices/POs, monitor payables, and file AP records.

Fluency in Mandarin (HSK3+) is required; English is a plus. Full-time employment offered after a 3-month probation with opportunities for career growth and a comprehensive benefits package including lunch and BPJS

Formación

• Proficient in Mandarin (HSK 3 or above).
• Good command of English is a strong plus.
• Background or prior experience in Finance or Accounting is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain accounting records and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• Verify and process accounting documents according to company procedures.
• Review invoices, purchase orders (PO), and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain proper filing AP documents and payment records.

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accounting records and ensure transactions are accurately recorded

Verify and process accounting documents according to company procedures

Review invoices, purchase orders (PO), and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness

Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payments

Maintain proper filing AP documents and payment records

Requirements:

Proficient in Mandarin (Minimum HSK 3 or above)

Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in any major

Good command of English is a strong plus

Background or prior experience in Finance or Accounting is a strong advantage
