Job summary

PT Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia is seeking an import/procurement specialist to oversee sourcing from our China headquarter and coordinate shipment logistics.

You will work with production, logistics and finance to ensure on-time delivery of imported goods, ensure compliance with import/export regulations, and report progress regularly. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English fluency with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1–2 years experience in import processes and customs regulations.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving for purchasing optimization.
• Familiar with ERP systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of materials and components from HQ in China.
• Manage logistics of China shipments, including customs clearance and inventory management.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of imported goods.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular progress reports.
