Job summary

PT Anekatrans Persada Indonesia is seeking an Export Import Senior Staff for our growing freight forwarder team. You will manage export and import documentation (HBL/MBL, invoices, packing lists, COO, BL) and coordinate with shipping lines and related parties.

The role requires at least five years in freight forwarding, a solid understanding of export–import procedures, fast learning, and good communication in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a freight forwarding company.
• Good understanding of export–import procedures and related documents.
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
• Proficient in computer operations and email correspondence.
• Basic English skills (reading & writing required).
