Unilever Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end import, customs and regulatory activities for the Foods business. You will ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations while enabling uninterrupted supply through timely clearance, coordination with customs brokers, and collaboration across internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 5 years’ experience in import/export and regulatory affairs, with FMCG exposure preferred.

Formación

• + Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related discipline.
• + 5+ years of Import, Customs, or Trade experience in FMCG or multinational environments.
• + Hands-on experience with Indonesian customs, import permits, and regulatory authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end import customs operations for Foods per Indonesian regulations and company policy.
• Ensure timely customs clearance to maintain uninterrupted supply.
• Monitor shipments from origin to final delivery and coordinate with bonded warehouses.
• Coordinate inspections and regulatory permit submissions.
• Review and validate import documentation and HS code classifications.
• Track regulatory changes and assess business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (customs brokers, authorities).
• Support AEO compliance activities and act as customs contact during inspections.
