Job summary

PT Zimmoah Marine Trans is seeking an Export Import Manager to lead end-to-end freight forwarding operations from Surabaya. You will coordinate with customers, shipping lines, customs brokers and vendors to ensure on-time shipments and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in export/import logistics with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian customs, and solid English communication. You will drive process improvements and ensure strict compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major related to the field.
• Minimum 5 years of Export Import / Logistics experience in a freight forwarding company with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Export Import processes, freight forwarding, domestic logistics and customs procedures.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and applicable export import requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Export Import / Logistics in a freight forwarding / Logistics company with prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

Strong understanding of Export Import processes, freight forwarding, domestic logistics and customs procedures.

Good knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and applicable export import requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.

Able to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
