Job summary

PT Oneject Indonesia membuka kesempatan sebagai Kepala Bagian Pengadaan. Anda akan memimpin tim pengadaan, mengembangkan strategi pengadaan untuk biaya lebih rendah dan kinerja pemasok yang lebih baik. Terlibat dalam negosiasi, evaluasi kontrak, serta pemantauan kepatuhan proses pembelian.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman min. 3 tahun di pengadaan industri manufaktur, dengan kemampuan koordinasi lintas fungsi dan komunikasi bahasa Inggris yang baik.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 dari Farmasi / Teknik / Manajemen Bisnis atau jurusan terkait.
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman memimpin tim pengadaan di industri manufaktur.
• Berpengalaman memimpin pengadaan komponen/suku cadang, perencanaan, seleksi pemasok, negosiasi, dan pemenuhan material sesuai kebutuhan produksi dan standar perusahaan.
• Terbiasa menggunakan SAP, teliti, dan komunikatif dalam bahasa Inggris lisan maupun tulisan.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin, mengawasi, dan mendukung tim pengadaan dalam operasional harian.
• Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi pengadaan untuk mengoptimalkan penghematan biaya dan kinerja pemasok.
• Meninjau permintaan pembelian dan order pembelian sesuai anggaran dan kebijakan perusahaan.
• Negosiasikan syarat, harga, dan jadwal pengiriman dengan pemasok.
• Mengelola hubungan vendor, kontrak, dan evaluasi kinerja.
• Memastikan dokumentasi pengadaan akurat sesuai kontrol internal.
• Memantau tren pasar, harga, dan ketersediaan material serta layanan.
• Bekerja sama dengan departemen internal (Keuangan, Produksi, Teknik/R&D) untuk menyelaraskan aktivitas pengadaan.
• Menganalisis data pengadaan dan membuat laporan tentang penghematan serta kinerja pemasok serta kepatuhan terhadap standar hukum dan etika.

Job description

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from majoring in Pharmacy / Engineering / Business Management / Any other related major

Having minimum 3 years of working experience lead purchasing team especially from manufacture industry

Experienced in leading and overseeing the procurement activities of component/spare part, including planning, supplier selection, negotiation, and ensuring the availability of materials in accordance with production requirements and company standards

Experienced using SAP, attention to detail & Communicative in English both verbal and written

Willing to be placed in KITIC Cikarang

Responsibilities :

as Purchasing Section Head (Supervisor) you will lead, supervise, and support the purchasing team in daily procurement operations, Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and supplier performance, Review purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with budget and company policy, Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers, Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance evaluations, Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of procurement activities and compliance with internal controls, Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of materials and services, Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Production, Engineering/ RnD) to align procurement activities with business needs, Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on purchasing activities, savings, and supplier performance and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
