Job summary

PT Oneject Indonesia mencari Inspektur QC untuk memastikan kualitas produk melalui inspeksi fisik dan akhir produk serta kepatuhan terhadap prosedur. Kandidat akan bertugas memastikan Line Clearance sebelum produksi serta labeling status produk yang akurat sesuai SOP. Ditempatkan di KITIC Cikarang dengan jadwal kerja shift.

Perusahaan memproduksi syringe AD dan mematuhi ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 13485:2016. Peran ini membutuhkan SMK di bidang terkait, pengalaman QC/IPC minimal 1 tahun, serta kemampuan

Qualifications

• Berpendidikan SMK di bidang Farmasi/Kimia/Industri Kimia atau terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun QC/IPC, lebih disukai di industri alat kesehatan atau farmasi.
• Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan dokumentasi yang kuat serta pengetahuan dasar proses QC/IPC.
• Siap kerja shift dan bersedia ditempatkan di KITIC Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan inspeksi fisik dan inspeksi akhir produk sesuai standar.
• Menjamin proses Line Clearance sebelum produksi dimulai.
• Melakukan labeling status produk sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.

Job description

Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Pharmacy/Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry or related major

Minimum 1 year of experience as Quality Control (QC) / In Process Control (IPC), preferably experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry

Possess strong analytical and documentation skills with basic knowledge of quality control process / in process control (IPC), Ensure Line Clearance process is completed before production starts, Perform physical inspection and final inspection of products in accordance with standards, Carry out proper product status labeling based on applicable procedures

Willing to work in shifting working hours

Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail

Willing to be placed in KITIC Cikarang
