Job summary

Indofood Group in Jakarta Selatan seeks a Business Analyst Staff for the Export Division. You will compile and update standard sales and marketing reports, analyze sales data, and monitor end-to-end supply chain. You will coordinate with the supply chain on orders, shipments, and activities with sales teams and distributors.

The role requires a minimum S1 with GPA 3.00, 0–2 years’ experience in business/sales/data analysis, strong Excel skills, and fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min S1 with GPA >=3.0
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years in business analyst, sales analyst or data analyst
• Advanced in numbers and Ms.Excel
• Strong ability in reading data, analyzing it, and presenting it
• Excellent communication in English; Mandarin a plus

Responsibilities

• Compile, update and prepare standard sales and marketing reports and monitor progress
• Analyze sales data and advise the Regional Manager based on data analysis
• End-to-end supply chain monitoring
• Communicate with supply chain on orders: PI prep, order scheduling, order realization and shipments
• Support sales activities: PO, maintain & review payments, market visits and distributor relations
